This 10-module program covers the basics from head to toe, designed to help the beginner you learn the fundamental techniques and equip you with the foundation blocks to build your regular yoga practice on. This is a 9-class trauma-sensitive yoga program which will take you on a personal journey to healing. This is an experience of the heart, mind and body as we learn to listen to and connect all three God-given parts of the self. Trauma-Sensitive Yoga is NOT counselling, but instead a creative avenue for facilitating an alternate mode of healing. We verbalise our feelings at times but our body holds onto trauma and often actually keeps score of the events. My prayer is that this program can provide you a sacred space to explore healing physically, mentally and spiritually.

This Strength Builder class is a very strong and bendy class that will help you recruit all the right muscles to strengthen and stretch in order to get into King Pigeon pose.

Back Bends are a product of patience. Everyone has a different pace in their back bend journey and this Strength Builder class equips you with all the tools to work through every stage of your back bend journey. Poses include: Wheel, Forearm Wheel, Camel Pose and Full Pigeon Pose.

This is a Stretch & Rest class focused on stretching out the neck and shoulders, with some heart opening exercises. This class theme encourages us to re-centre our hearts on the "being" and not the "doing".

This is an energising Yogalates flow that will leave you feeling strong. You will be moving through Grace Flow moves integrated with some Pilates core and glute exercises to get your abdominals and bottom muscles working.
CREATING A SAFE SPACE | Restoration #1TARGET AREA

This class is the 1st class of our Restoration Program. In this class we will be setting up a safe space for our practice and doing gentle slow stretches as we meditate on what it means to feel safe. This trauma sensitive class is slow pace yet vital to the start of your healing journey.
