It is easy for us to feel invisible at times; believing that we are not seen nor acknowledged. Yet God tells us otherwise. Delve into this class as you grasp onto the truth that YOU ARE SEEN. You'll see your whole body be worked out in this sweaty flow!
STAND ON HIS PROMISESTARGET AREA

This is a quick balancing class for days you just want to get some movement in the body and squeeze in a short session to bring some energy into the day. You can also use this as an add on class to add some balancing poses to your practice. Suitable for expectant mothers in their 1st trimester with a strong practice beforehand. If you are pregnant and did not have a strong yoga practice beforehand, please refrain from doing this class. Learn to listen to your body as you practice and do not come into any poses that makes you feel uncomfortable for your baby bump. Adjust accordingly to your body's preference as each body may respond differently.
SHIFT YOUR GAZE TO FIND BALANCETARGET AREA
