This Stretch and Rest class focusses on opening up the hips and releasing stored tension caused by stress and/or trauma. In this class you will be learning to let go and anchor your hope in the future promises of God. Take time to meditate on God's faithfulness through Jesus and remind yourself to look back in order to look forward with Hope.
