Thanks Jo. Very timely and beautiful reminder that it is ok to go slow and explore what we are sitting with and what drives that. For me that often is perfectionism as I trust in my own capabilities and not in God.

I love the 15-20 min classes. I practise every morning and only have 1/2 hr before I begin feeling the pressure of the day start to distract me from getting the most out of my mat time- mind, body and spirit. A short, physical class gives my mind more time to reflect on what God is speaking to me, especially during the final resting pose. Thanks so much for all you do xx
