DESCRIPTION:

Allow God's perfect peace to wash over you during your pregnancy and leave all your worries on the mat. Meditate as you ease into this gentle stretch and rest class focussed on your hips, spine and shoulders. Suitable for expectant mums in trimester 1 or 2. Please listen to your body as you practice and do not come into any poses that makes you feel uncomfortable for your baby bump. Adjust accordingly to your body's preference as each body may respond differently.
