    This was my first time properly exercising since giving birth about 6 months ago and even though I had to sit out a bunch of moves, I found it really great to be able to stretch and sweat a little in the comfort of my home. I wasn’t comfortable practicing yoga as a Christian, but I’m so happy this platform exists to stretch and move my body in a way that’s intentional worship for Jesus. Thank you guys! Can’t wait to keep practicing and improving during daily nap times for my little one. Emma xo

    Hi! I was asking God if I could practice Yoga, I’ve heard Yoga is against the principles ofrece God and then yo guys follow me in Instagram. I am so thankful. I just want yo ask you why I cant see the videos?

    This is the first online yoga class that I did and I’m so glad now I know what it’s like and even better to be experiencing the presence of God and be reminded of His Words, His love during the practice. I have to say it’s a really new concept to be practising CHRISTIAN Yoga but I’m enjoying it! Grace x Strength is doing such a good job. Thank you! This wasn’t an easy class but it’s definitely a great start to reconnect with our body, engage with God, take it easy and do it as a gratitude dance! It’s so nice, real, non-judgemental and inviting. I love it!

    I did yoga a few years ago but am really out of practise. I find your beginner videos so hard and have to sit a few moves out. You ladies are so fit, maybe you could watch a few unfit ones to understand how to cater for the real beginners. Seriously hard moves which I’d like to work up to but feel a little unachievable at present.

      Hi Ally, thanks for your candid feedback and we take it on board. The last thing we want is for anyone to feel left out and feel defeated because what we are offering is unachievable. Your feedback to us is important as we, as teachers, are also students who are learning in our journeys and evolving to progress. That said, what you did by ‘sitting out’ on some poses is exactly what we would recommend. Perhaps we should have emphasised this more during the class so to reassure that everyone is committed to practising to their own capabilities. We hope you will continue to enjoy the journey and remember to listen to your body.
